CMS Z-sensors are characterised by a long service life of 5 to 6 years – corresponding to the average service life of a standard tyre, driving and usage profile.
Despite their robustness, they are among the lightest TPMS sensors on the market, offering an optimal combination of durability and efficiency.

The maximum permissible speeds depending on the valve type at a glance:
• Z-Sensor 2.0 Snap-In (rubber): up to 220 km/h
• Z-Sensor 2.0 Clamp-In (metal): up to 320 km/h
• BLE sensor: up to 320 km/h

Specially developed for Tesla vehicles, this revolutionary OE BLE (Bluetooth Low Energy) replacement sensor offers a direct replacement for the original sensor. Thanks to the seamless installation process, no programming is required. The existing TMPS sensors are simply replaced as a result of the new sensor and the vehicle is ready to go!

The Z41 is an a ordable TPMS programming tool packed with essential features and functions. Replacement and maintenance of TPMS valves and service kits

TPMS sensors are among the safety-related components of a vehicle. They are constantly exposed to weather and driving conditions and must therefore be replaced regularly.
In order to ensure the functionality of the system and maximum safety on the road, CMS and Zylux recommend – in accordance with the recommendations of the German Tyre Retail and Vulcanisation Trade Association (BRV) – that all relevant components be replaced when changing tyres.
This ensures that the system continues to function reliably in the long term and complies with legal requirements.

The required sensors or service kits can be selected in various colours in the configurator or ordered directly from the shop.

Teaching procedures
The various teaching procedures (OBDII, self-teaching, manual teaching) are documented in writing on each ATEQ tool.

TPMS app
Zylux invests in the trust of its customers: thanks to the forward-looking architecture of the Z sensors, Zylux has developed an app that provides immediate solutions to programming or update errors. CMS Z-sensors support over-the-air (OTA) updates with a proprietary solution. This unique feature allows CMS Z-sensor users to easily update existing sensors on site without delay or unnecessary costs, without having to replace them.
